After a few run throughs of the GamesCom trailer, we’re able to grab a few screenshots that are new to us. This first one above is a picture of the game map, or the world. In the article published earlier today Trion’s VP of 3rd Party Development, Dave Luehmann, likened the game to Risk. The screenshot above looks very much like the board game. With three factions, two player based and one NPC based, it seems like players will fight for control of territories around the world.

We also got another glimpse at what PVE encounters might be. In a brief moment in the trailer that mentioned 50 player co-op missions, this scene flashed. We think it’s pretty apparent that this is a shot of several teams converging on a large NPC tank that acts like a Boss in a PVE encounter, perhaps the target of the map and, if defeated, grants territory control once defeat.

Below you’ll find the different teams marked, and we think there might be three in this image. Make sure you click on all of the images for the larger versions.

And since everyone likes big explosions and we’re happy that friendly fire is turned off, prepare for a Nuke!
